Design Agreement

DeStefano Designs provides clients with a design that will compliment your homes architecture as well as working with existing elements already in the home. Custom furnishing, drapery, and attention to details will help create a warm and welcoming environment for you and your family, and a place that your guests can enjoy for many years.

Design time includes but is not limited to:

•Travel time
•Clients Meetings
•Site visits
•Meeting with subcontractors (painters, carpenters, artist, tile installer, draper,   etc.)
•Floor plan, furniture plan, sketches (when needed)
•Product searches and selections
•Consulting with resources on furnishings
•Furniture installation
•Selection of interior finishes (paint colors, hardware, lighting, carpet, etc.)
•Selection of all fabrics, trim, etc.


Initial Consultation of $95.00 is refunded with a contract minimum of $1500.00
Consultation charge is payable upon initial meeting
Design fee is 20% excluding furniture, or flat rate based on project. Commercial fees are negotiable.
All fabrics must be paid for in full before any work will be done
A 50% deposit is required for any furniture purchase

The remaining 50% of furniture must be paid with notice of delivery date. Labor charges for sub-contractors are included. Any taxes are payable, when applicable with contract completion. No refunds or exchanges, except in the case of any damages. Designer discounts are given when applicable .
